Fox River Fiber, LLC, a De Pere, Wisconsin-based manufacturer of premium de-inked recycled pulp produced using post-consumer wastepaper, is celebrating its 25-year anniversary in May as an industry leader in environmental sustainability.
Fox River Fiber’s technologically advanced facilities use highly automated proprietary processes and computerized monitoring systems to produce products used in printing and writing, tissue and towel, and FDA-grade recycled paper applications. The company is one of the only suppliers of FDA-grade recycled pulp in the United States.
“The quality of our workforce provides the foundation for our consistent growth,” said Greg Archambault, Fox River Fiber’s president. “Our associates’ expertise, in combination with facility and equipment upgrade investments, has helped us nearly double production to more than 150,000 tons annually.”
Nine associates are celebrating their 25-year anniversaries with the company this year: Tom Paulson, Dave Carignan, Jim Hendzel, Dan Kuntz, Stacy Malueg, Tim Van Vreede, Ted Zilles, Gerry Mackenna and Adam Kositzke. Fox River Fiber’s workforce has grown to 60 associates.
Fox River Fiber earned the inaugural Best Places to Work Award from the Pulp and Paper Manufacturers Association (PPMA) in 2013, and twice has earned Business Friend of the Environment awards from the Wisconsin Manufacturers & Commerce (WMC) Foundation, most recently in 2016.
Fox River Fiber would like to thank our customers and suppliers for contributing to the success of the mill, along with the city of De Pere for their continued support.
