Pressurized Clean Room Allows for High-Quality Stainless Steel Pump Bases
GREEN BAY, Wisconsin – Badger Sheet Metal Works’ ability to manufacture pump bases in a dedicated stainless steel room as well as its main assembly bay provides additional quality safeguards for a wide range of industries.
A leading stainless steel fabrication and metal fabrication specialist, Badger Sheet Metal Works leverages large-scale lifting capabilities to complete projects of varying sizes in its custom-designed facility.
“Our dedicated stainless steel room is pressurized, which gives us the ability to keep out impurities for customers in the food and dairy industries,” said Kenny Coe, Director of Sales at Badger Sheet Metal Works. “These customers place a high value on the cleanliness we are able to deliver for pump bases manufactured in this environment.”
Badger Sheet Metal Works also manufactures pump bases using carbon steel for a variety of hydraulic and pneumatic applications. Oil and gas, mining, forestry and general manufacturers account for the majority of customers in the pump bases category.
Badger Sheet Metal Works’ 70 x 320-foot main assembly bay features space and lifting capabilities found in few metal fabrication facilities. Four crane rails have a total lifting capacity of 30 tons and a 22-foot under-hook height. The assembly bay can accommodate additional lift equipment when needed. A Certified Weld Inspector (CWI) ensures the company’s welders have the appropriate qualifications for every project.
